Gameday should not begin with a guess about which lot still exists. The Hartwell Athletic Scholarship Circle posts parking and seating after gifts clear, then the ticket office prints the maps. This article walks through that order so you are not negotiating with a cone on arrival.
Ridgeway Field handles football. Millbrook Pavilion handles basketball. The two files are separate even if one household holds both season tickets. Pay the higher seat minimum once; do not invent a combined lot that the map does not show.
Football lots at Ridgeway Field
Reserved lots sit closest to the gates and require a published circle plus a football season ticket. Overflow lots sell remaining spaces. ADA shuttles run on a posted loop. If you arrive without a pass, use the cash lots and keep the receipt.
- Green and Black lots: assigned after Bronze Circle and above, football ticket required.
- Blue lot: Green-and-white equivalent circle and higher.
- Single-game requests: call the Circle, not a student manager.

Basketball at Millbrook Pavilion
Pavilion parking is tighter. Highland-side reserved spaces are limited and follow Founders Circle logic. If you only attend basketball, say so on the form so football lot inventory is not held in your name.
Example: two seats in a priority basketball section plus no football tickets should not generate a Ridgeway Field hangtag. Example: club-level football seats plus Pavilion floor seats still pay one Circle total—the higher minimum.
Hospitality without folklore
Suites, club rooms, and loge boxes are sold as hospitality products with Circle membership attached. They are not informal tailgate tents. If a colleague wants in, send them to the premium form. Do not add names on a napkin.
Keep gameday extra benefits inside the building: food in the club, parking in the assigned stall, tickets in the account. Extra gifts of lodging or gear to a current student-athlete are not a clever workaround; they are a compliance problem.

Hangtags print from the Circle file, not from a conversation at the cone. After a gift posts, Ridgeway Field lot letters and Millbrook Pavilion stalls are assigned from that same record, then maps go to the ticket office. If two sports sit on the household, the higher seat minimum still produces one pass set; football hangtags do not appear when only basketball tickets exist. Print the published map the week of the game and hang the tag that matches the letter.
Print the lot letter the night before and match the hangtag to the map, not to a friend’s memory of last season. Ridgeway Field and Millbrook Pavilion change cone lines when construction or band rehearsal takes a stall. If your file shows basketball only, do not drive to a football reserved lot hoping for sympathy. Call the Circle office if the letter and the gate disagree; do not argue with a student attendant who cannot rewrite the membership file on the sidewalk.
